International Representation: People's Theatre Association at Theatre Festival in Germany
As part of its ongoing commitment to international cultural exchange, the People’s Theatre Association (PTA) had the honor of participating in a prestigious international theatre festival held in Germany. This opportunity enabled young performers from Bangladesh to present their unique stories, rooted in local tradition and social awareness, to a diverse and global audience.
The festival provided a platform for cross-cultural learning, dialogue, and friendship, where PTA’s team engaged with theatre groups from different countries, shared experiences, and performed in front of international spectators. Their performances—filled with emotion, creativity, and critical messages—left a lasting impression, reflecting the strength and depth of Bangladeshi youth theatre.
This participation not only amplified the voices of Bangladeshi youth on a global platform but also strengthened international networks for future cultural collaboration. Through this remarkable experience, PTA once again reaffirmed its role as a global ambassador of children and youth theatre from Bangladesh.
