Organized 27 Children Theatre Festivals in Divisional Level
Demonstrating its deep commitment to grassroots cultural development, the People’s Theatre Association has successfully organized 27 divisional-level children theatre festivals throughout Bangladesh. These festivals have served as regional platforms where children from diverse backgrounds could express themselves through theatre, celebrate their creativity, and connect through shared stories and performances.
By hosting these events across all divisions, PTO has made theatre accessible beyond urban centers—empowering young voices in both rural and semi-urban areas. These festivals not only nurture the artistic abilities of children but also promote values such as teamwork, empathy, and social awareness.
The initiative reflects PTA/s vision to create a culturally enriched, inclusive society where every child has the opportunity to participate in the transformative power of performing arts.
